The race to represent Ward 2 on Windsor City Council is officially underway, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most competitive in recent memory. Following the resignation of former councillor Fabio Costante, voters in Ward 2 will head to the polls on Monday, October 27, 2025 to elect their next representative.
This by-election has attracted a wide field of 15 certified candidates, offering voters a range of voices and visions for the community:
