Who Can Vote in Windsor’s 2025 ward 2 by-Election?

You are a Canadian citizen
You are 18 years of age or older on Election Day
You are one of the following in Ward 2 (City of Windsor):
A resident
An owner or tenant of land
The spouse of an owner or tenant
You are not otherwise disqualified by law
You are serving a sentence in a penal or correctional institution
You are a corporation
You are voting in a representative capacity (executor, trustee, etc.) — unless you are legally appointed as a voting proxy
